Freelance online recruitment specialist.

10 years experience as a recruiter - on the coal face - making calls, placing candidates. Last 2 years at MP were as Director for the Finance Regions business, where I picked up responsibility for online strategy.

I now work on a freelance basis supporting recruitment firms and employers developing their approach online. From site feature/ functionality/ branding, job board strategy, CRM through to integration of social media and business networking sites - I’d be confident that there aren’t many areas in the online recruitment world that I haven’t covered.

My aim is to ensure my clients make the most of the opportunities presented by the internet, maximising their ROI and driving cost per registration down. I have a broad client base - start ups, independents through to multinational recruiters.
